Celebrating Multicultural Children’s Book Day (MCBD 2020)
I am so excited to be participating in Multicultural Children’s Book day for the first time as an author and reviewer
The Girl and the Unicorn – «The Battle»
For me , my readers are an extension of my work I categorize the little ones as : Messengers due to them having the most important message in the palm of their hands. Children aiding children is something majestic for the world and society where is there were no septicemic thrones, political interests and a system that swallows them whole , would have conquered a vast portion in the areas of freedom of speech, will and thought.
I have , due to my book, visited Schools in Hellas and in Germany , with interactive presentations and conversing with students and teachers alike about the sensitive matter of children with cancer
I have also visited intensive care units in Hellas , reading my story and playing with the hospitalized children alongside my heroine, Levki, that has been made into a ragdoll and accompanies me in every play/presentantion/show.
I will keep drawing on colourless worlds and spaces that need it, I shall maintain the world of stardust
